About the role
The Front Desk Associate is the welcoming face of WeWork’s hospitality team, serving as the primary point of contact for members and guests at a selected location. Working weekdays on‑site, you will support the Community Management team in creating a friendly, efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members, guests, and their pets with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Register and check in visitors according to WeWork guest policies.
- Provide orientation of the space, ensuring first‑time visitors feel supported.
- Handle mail, packages, and key issuance, keeping the front desk organized and clutter‑free.
- Support Community Management by maintaining front‑desk operations, reporting issues, and adjusting building services as needed.
- Promote WeWork products and services, aligning with company values and mission.
Required profile
- Friendly and approachable attitude with a focus on hospitality.
- Proactive in learning members’ names and businesses to build relationships.
- Strong communication skills and ability to address questions or concerns promptly.
- Reliability to cover set business hours and act as an on‑site point of contact.
