About the role

Pluxee is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager for the HISPAM region to lead local purchasing activities, ensure cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services, and maintain compliance with group procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, contract administration, and procure‑to‑pay.
• Implement and support group procurement tools, systems, workflows, catalogues, and reporting practices at the local level.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local suppliers, monitoring performance on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.
• Handle escalations of supplier issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead contract negotiations for small to mid‑size suppliers within delegated authority and ensure proper contract administration.
• Provide procurement expertise to the local business, supporting business continuity, cost discipline, and service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to work closely with finance leadership (Regional CFO) and global procurement teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor purchasing activity and identify improvement opportunities.
