Growth Marketing Specialist – GoHighLevel & Outbound

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale our lead generation engine. The role combines paid advertising, outbound prospecting, funnel creation, and automation within a remote, technology‑forward financial services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including targeting, creative rotation, budget management and ongoing optimization.
• Design and optimise marketing funnels – landing pages, opt‑ins and nurture sequences – to convert traffic into qualified leads.
• Act as the Go High Level (GHL) expert, building workflows, automations, pipelines and campaigns.
• Manage LinkedIn marketing strategies, both organic and paid, to increase visibility and generate inbound interest.
• Use Apollo for outbound prospecting, list building and sequence management.
• Develop and manage a channel‑partner programme, handling outreach, relationship tracking and pipeline reporting.
• Oversee SMS/texting outreach campaigns in collaboration with an external vendor.
• Monitor performance across all channels and report key metrics such as CPL, conversion rates and funnel drop‑off.
• Continuously test and refine ad creative, targeting and funnel copy to improve results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on performance/growth marketing experience, preferably 5+ years.
• Proven ability to work independently full‑time on Eastern Time hours.
• Self‑directed, high‑ownership mindset with minimal need for supervision.
