Growth Operations Associate

About the role

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is looking for a motivated Growth Operations Associate to support expanding operations and drive growth initiatives across the organization. The role blends operational efficiency, business development, and marketing outreach in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and streamline internal workflows to boost efficiency across departments.
• Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and growth metrics.
• Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to identify market expansion opportunities and conduct market research.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and execute patient acquisition campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee growth‑related projects from initiation to completion, reporting progress and milestones.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder follow‑ups, and assist with special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and healthcare systems (EPIC experience a plus).
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for healthcare innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, business development, or a comparable role, preferably in healthcare.
