Head of Fraud Protection – LATAM

About the role

Group-IB is seeking a Head of Fraud Protection for the LATAM region to own and expand its fraud solution suite across banking, insurance, government and large corporate customers. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, support sales, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing value delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Translate market needs into product roadmap features and keep the fraud proposition aligned with LATAM requirements.
• Support the business in achieving ARR targets by training commercial teams, crafting account strategies and leading strategic pitches.
• Participate in proofs‑of‑concept, capture case studies and evangelize the solution at events and through thought‑leadership.
• Guide delivery teams on priorities, work with partners to highlight value, and drive customer satisfaction and renewals.
• Collaborate with analytics, alliances, R&D and other core functions to ensure the solution meets customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading fraud‑related solutions or products in the LATAM market.
• Strong understanding of financial services, insurance, government and large‑enterprise environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, delivery, analytics and partner teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on market expansion and value delivery.
