Health Economics & Market Access Lead – Nordics

About the role

The HEMA Lead Nordics will shape Health Economics and Market Access strategy for DePuy Synthes across the Nordic region. This role ensures optimal access, funding, and adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions while aligning with EMEA priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute HEMA strategy for the Nordics in line with DePuy Synthes and EMEA goals.
• Develop market access and funding strategies to support product adoption and sustainable growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, HTA bodies, and institutional decision‑makers.
• Lead evidence generation and value‑creation activities, translating insights into local value messages and tools.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical/Clinical and Regulatory teams to implement reimbursement strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Navigate centralized and regional access dynamics, supporting optimization within healthcare systems, institutions, and tender environments.
• Deploy health‑economic tools, value assets and training to enable internal stakeholders and strengthen field activation.
• Monitor execution against HEMA priorities, ensuring alignment with plans, milestones and governance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, ethics and local regulatory requirements consistent with EMEA HEMA standards.
