Hedge Fund Analyst - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models that assist finance teams. You will measure progress, assess logical reasoning, and solve complex problems to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and real‑world experience.
• Challenge models with complex, edge‑case scenarios to test their limits.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that makes each model iteration smarter and more reliable.
• Generate diverse, realistic finance problems for the AI and evaluate its performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency) and detail‑oriented.
• Strong background in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience; a Master’s/PhD is a plus but not mandatory.
