About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to ensure a positive and efficient experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This remote position supports both internal and client‑facing openings, acting as the main communication bridge between the company and its talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assist in assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
