Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate you will ensure a smooth, engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will act as the main point of contact between BairesDev and its talent pipeline, helping to move candidates forward for both internal and client‑facing openings.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations, and other applicant data.
• Assist in assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback and information to the Staffing team for informed decision‑making.
