HR Advisor

About the role

Sovos is seeking an HR Advisor to support its Spanish‑speaking Latin America operations. In this role you will partner with managers and employees to shape the employee experience, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure HR practices are compliant and people‑first.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to design and implement employee engagement and culture‑building initiatives across the region.
• Lead the rollout of HR programs such as wellness, community investment, engagement events, internships, and rotation schemes.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on culture, benefits, payroll, and HR policies, providing guidance on employee‑relations matters.
• Conduct entrance and exit interviews, analyze trends, and champion changes to policies and cultural initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local employment law, administer leave of absence processes, and ensure regional compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering teams to align priorities and support recruitment and internal promotions.
• Utilize AI tools to improve employee communications, streamline HR workflows, and detect engagement patterns.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience in a partnering or advisory capacity, preferably supporting a regional or distributed workforce.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills across cultures and organizational levels.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, employee engagement, and compliance requirements.
