HR Advisor – Spanish‑Speaking Latin America

About the role

Sovos is seeking an HR Advisor to support its Spanish‑speaking Latin America workforce. In this role you will partner with managers and employees to deliver HR programs, drive engagement, and ensure compliance while fostering a people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to design and implement employee engagement and team‑culture initiatives across the region.
• Lead rollout of HR programs such as wellness, community investment, engagement events, internships, and rotation programs.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries on culture, benefits, payroll, and HR policies, and advise on employee‑relations matters.
• Conduct entrance and exit interviews, identify trends, and champion policy and cultural changes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local employment law, administer leave of absence processes, and ensure regional compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering to align priorities and support recruitment and internal promotions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve employee communications, streamline HR workflows, and detect engagement patterns.

Required profile

• Solid HR experience in a partnering or advisory capacity, preferably supporting a regional or distributed workforce.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong, empathetic communication skills across cultures and organizational levels.
