About the role

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will support a specific region and location, aligning people strategy with business objectives. Acting as an employee champion and change agent, the HRBP anticipates talent needs and collaborates with HR specialists to deliver value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Support a best‑in‑class regional HR Business Partnering function in line with global HR needs.
• Deliver employee communications and coordinate HR strategies across the region.
• Provide data, insights, and recommendations for talent management decisions such as compensation, retention, and promotions.
• Ensure global HR programs are consistent while respecting local diversity.
• Manage and resolve confidential employee‑relations issues, conducting thorough investigations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Advise managers and employees on performance, career development, recognition, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to shape processes, policies, and analytics.
• Conduct exit interviews and work with People Insights to improve retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and ability to apply them within a corporate culture.
• Capability to think both strategically (macro) and operationally (micro) and connect business strategy to people initiatives.
• Experience navigating change and influencing stakeholders.
