Human Resources Recruiting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our onsite team in Santiago de los Caballeros. In this full‑time, permanent position you will lead candidate sourcing initiatives, build talent pipelines, and engage candidates across multiple recruitment channels.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective talent across databases, professional networks, and other channels to build robust pipelines.
• Conduct outbound telephone outreach and pre‑screen candidates in advanced English to assess fit.
• Manage multiple candidate interactions simultaneously, keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of recent experience in a Human Resources or recruiting function.
• Comfortable making high‑volume candidate calls and using ATS systems.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Current residence in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of RD$44,000 per month plus a RD$4,000 transport/lunch subsidy.
