About the role

Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén is seeking an Inspector for the School Coexistence team, with strong on‑site presence and a focus on timely intervention in situations that affect the school climate. The role ensures active presence on the ground, intervening promptly to safeguard a safe and formative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain constant presence in courtyards, hallways and common areas.
• Directly intervene in conflict situations between students.
• Apply school coexistence norms and protocols.
• Support case management together with the coexistence team.
• Record and report incidents, ensuring traceability.
• Control attendance, tardiness and routine compliance.
• Assist in organizing daily shifts and coverage.
• Collaborate on preventive coexistence actions.
• Promptly refer situations requiring further intervention.

Required profile

• Experience in educational establishments in inspector or similar roles.
• Ability to intervene on site and manage conflicts.
• Basic knowledge of school coexistence regulations.
• Strong communication, group management and sound judgment.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to student protection.
