About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI assistants that support finance teams. In this remote contractor role you will evaluate AI‑generated answers, test complex financial scenarios and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance and capital markets.
Assess the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
Design and run edge‑case scenarios to probe model limits.
Deliver clear, structured feedback to guide model updates.

Required profile

Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
Current or completed Master’s/PhD in a finance‑related field is preferred but not mandatory.

What we offer

Independent contractor arrangement with full schedule flexibility.
Hourly rate $50‑$60 USD, with bonus opportunities on select projects.
