IT Agile Project Manager II – Remote (Americas)

About the role

The IT Agile Project Manager II leads medium‑scale, moderately complex IT projects with minimal oversight in an increasingly Agile environment. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery management, from planning and forecasting to risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Agile and hybrid IT projects from initiation through closeout.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with IT teams via Agile events, Jira boards, and project artifacts to ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate with business sponsors, IT leads, and leadership to align scope, priorities, dependencies, and schedules.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and schedule trade‑offs, providing visibility to teams and stakeholders.
• Provide clear, concise status reporting and recommendations to stakeholders and leaders.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple IT teams, vendors, and business partners while ensuring compliance with TNC IT standards and governance checkpoints.
• Support release planning, change management, and adoption readiness.
• Contribute to Agile, project‑management, and portfolio‑process improvements.
• Partner with the Agile Center of Excellence to grow agility in project‑management methods.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading medium‑scale IT projects with an Agile focus.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across IT and business units.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and status reporting.
• Experience ensuring alignment on project scope, quality, and delivery outcomes.
