IT Applications Operations Engineer – NetSuite

About the role

Signant Health is seeking an IT Applications Operations Engineer to own the reliability and performance of its NetSuite ERP platform. You will lead system administration, integration management, and continuous optimization to ensure seamless business process automation across a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert‑level NetSuite support to global users, including executive‑level assistance and critical escalations.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting using AI‑assisted diagnostic tools, SuiteScript debugging, and automation.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate hot‑fixes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and self‑service resources.
• Own end‑to‑end NetSuite operational services: configuration management, release planning, integration monitoring, performance optimization, and KPI tracking.
• Drive technical delivery of enhancements and upgrades, managing test environments, UAT coordination, deployment, and change management.
• Collaborate with Security and Audit teams to enforce security controls, monitor access, and analyze audit logs.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting NetSuite ERP in a global, multi‑site environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
