IT End User Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT End User Support professional to join our team on‑site. The role focuses on ensuring day‑to‑day functionality and efficiency of the organization’s technology environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users during meetings and daily operations to maintain optimal system performance.
• Generate and deliver IT reports covering desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems and cellular devices.
• Coordinate installations and maintain complex software systems across the organization.
• Identify, manage and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Perform asset management, tracking hardware and software inventory.
• Respond to customer requests, communicate status and provide solutions.
• Update user information and access rights in the organizational system for new and existing employees.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum 70% of communication in each language).
• Strong customer‑service orientation with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and manage multiple requests.
