IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join BairesDev’s fully remote talent acquisition team. In this position you will act as the bridge between client services, sales and the broader recruiting organization, helping to staff a variety of technology projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage the pool of pre‑vetted candidates to fill ongoing IT opportunities.
• Screen, select, and prepare candidate profiles, including resume editing and summary writing.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end vetting processes from the client side and ensure timely placement.
• Maintain communication with clients, client services, and sales teams to align expectations.
• Meet recruitment deadlines while optimizing time‑to‑market and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team‑first attitude and collaborative approach.
