IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. Working remotely, you will act as a strategic link between client services, sales, and the recruitment pipeline, ensuring the right technical talent is placed quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage the pre‑vetted candidate pool to staff ongoing IT opportunities.
• Review, filter, and select candidates according to defined parameters and guidelines.
• Write candidate summaries, edit resumes, and present profiles to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end vetting processes from the client side, maintaining optimal time‑to‑market and revenue targets.
• Communicate regularly with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams to align expectations and deliver results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (advanced level).
• Detail‑oriented with a process‑ and business‑focused mindset.
• Team‑first attitude and collaborative approach.
