Junior Paid Social Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment. The role offers hands‑on experience launching and managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Applovin, while supporting creative operations and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and monitor paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Applovin based on briefs.
• Upload and organize creative assets, targeting structures and ad copy; perform quality‑assurance checks.
• Translate agency scripts into structured ClickUp tasks for video editors and landing‑page designers.
• Maintain logs of active tasks, completion status and turnaround timelines.
• Support weekly performance dashboards using Meta Ads Manager and landing‑page tools; keep internal tracking documents for spend, results and testing priorities.
• Conduct bi‑weekly creative and funnel audits, summarise findings and flag optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters and editors to meet campaign deadlines and update SOPs.
• Participate in team meetings and handle ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Based in Latin America with availability to work 8 AM‑5 PM EST.
• 2+ years experience in paid social or related marketing role.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to follow checklists and SOPs with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
