Junior People Operations Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior People Operations Advisor to join Ebury’s People Operations team in Santiago. Working hybrid, you will support global HR operations, ensuring smooth and compliant processes across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, send and maintain offers, contracts and addendums in line with local legislation.
• Manage the ticketing system, providing timely responses and solutions to employee and partner requests.
• Report regularly to the Head of People Operations on staffing issues and escalate high‑risk matters to the Head of HR.
• Maintain accurate employee data, absences and changes within the HR system.
• Coordinate global mobility activities, tracking staff movements, contracts and tax considerations.
• Conduct regular documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices and legislation.
• Support background screening processes and mitigate related risks.
• Respond to requests from local authorities and assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources advisory or administrative roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly responsive, organized and results‑oriented with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Flexible, resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
