Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software developers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model’s performance. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for engineers looking for flexible, on‑demand assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
