Junior Solutions Consultant

About the role

Sovos is looking for a Junior Solutions Consultant to help clients across Latin America implement tax‑compliance software. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams and customers to ensure successful deployments from kickoff to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual project activities and ensure they are completed on schedule.
• Apply product and functional knowledge to guide customers on best practices and local compliance requirements.
• Support technical teams with troubleshooting and assist with light technical tasks such as PDF mapping adjustments.
• Drive testing phases in line with customer needs and Sovos best practices.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external project teams to keep implementations on track.
• Help project managers control scope, schedule and costs, and provide regular status updates.
• Manage change control, identify issues and develop contingency plans.
• Support creation and maintenance of project documentation.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a software, professional services, or electronic B2G compliance environment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong time‑management, organizational and decision‑making skills.
