Key Account Manager – Commercial

About the role

ASUS Chile is looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join its Commercial department. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, partners and customers to drive sales growth and strengthen channel relationships across Chile.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse competitor activity, develop and execute a measurable plan to exceed annual sales targets.
• Identify and nurture high‑potential partners, maintaining strong relationships to boost product sales and revenue.
• Organise channel conferences, team‑building events and marketing activities, and share success stories via social tools.
• Conduct channel visits, gather feedback and implement improvement measures to increase partner satisfaction.
• Perform regular pipeline reviews, pinpoint key projects and coordinate joint customer visits for case‑by‑case analysis.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in consumer electronics or related business operations.
• Proven track record working with resellers and solving customer issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, organised, detail‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
