LATAM Site IT Delivery Lead

About the role

The Manager, LATAM Site IT Delivery Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of on‑site and regional technology services across Latin America. Reporting to the DePuy Synthes Technology organization, the role ensures stable, secure, and high‑quality IT operations that enable manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for technology service delivery at assigned sites, aligning with global IT standards and local business needs.
• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, including end‑user services, infrastructure, application support, and site‑specific technology requirements.
• Serve as the primary technology point of contact for site and regional business leaders, fostering strong partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities to minimize business disruption.
• Oversee local and regional vendors, managing performance, contracts, and service‑level agreements.
• Drive execution of global and regional IT initiatives, such as deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements for medical device environments.
• Lead, coach, and develop technology team members, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading IT service delivery in a complex, regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors and service contracts.
