About the role

The Mastercard Launch Program is an 18‑month, full‑time opportunity designed for early‑career talent. Based in Santiago, Chile, participants will rotate through a business unit, develop cross‑functional skills, and contribute to projects that drive real business results.

Key responsibilities

• Work on impactful assignments within Products & Solutions, Project Management, Product Management, Market Delivery or Account Management.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and peers on cross‑functional projects.
• Participate in networking sessions, leadership speaker series, and volunteer activities.
• Develop analytical insights and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree with a graduation date between August 2025 and December 2026.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the local language.
