Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

This is a hands‑on leadership position focused on creating high‑quality, realistic AI‑generated visual content at scale. Based in Chile and fully remote, you will own the quality of generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and consistency of AI‑generated visual content across production workflows.
• Build and optimise scalable generative‑AI image‑production pipelines using tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed and ChatGPT.
• Design, maintain and automate repeatable ComfyUI workflows for batch generation.
• Integrate APIs, n8n and simple scripts to reduce manual effort and increase production volume.
• Research, evaluate and run experiments on emerging generative‑AI models and techniques.
• Define technical direction, establish standards and align content streams around shared workflows.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience producing realistic visual content with generative AI.
• Senior‑level ownership with the ability to operate independently and design processes rather than one‑off solutions.
• Deep understanding of visual realism, composition, anatomy, lighting and image consistency.
• Excellent problem‑solving, experimentation and communication skills in a fast‑changing AI environment.
