Lead Commercial Operations

About the role

Lead the commercial operations function for Vestas Latin America, driving revenue growth and managing complex wind energy projects from contract negotiation through delivery. Based in Santiago, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop proposals, price deals and secure new business across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and leads.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for large, complex wind projects.
• Prepare customer pitches, presentations and value‑based proposals for Vestas service solutions.
• Develop deal‑specific cost bases and pricing in collaboration with internal experts.
• Project‑manage internal stakeholders and cross‑functional deal teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain sales opportunity databases and ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience negotiating large, complex commercial projects and translating commercial considerations into contractual terms.
• Strong understanding of long‑term sales processes within a matrix organization.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to perform under volatile and time‑sensitive conditions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders.
