About the role

We are looking for a talented Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to drive security operations and shape the overall security strategy. You will build, refine, and operate tooling that protects the client’s infrastructure while guiding the organization’s security direction.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement and support security infrastructure to protect systems and data.
Promote security awareness and enable safe work practices across the organization.
Investigate emerging threats, attack vectors and risks, defining mitigation approaches.
Analyze outputs from security tools, communicate findings to stakeholders and partner with engineering teams.
Collaborate with cyber analysts to create threat models, detections, incident‑response playbooks and maintain security intelligence tooling.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a security‑focused role.
At least 1 year of leadership or team‑management experience.
Proven ability to identify security gaps, plan and execute remediation.
Strong communication skills and comfort working across technical and business teams.
Solid understanding of enterprise‑scale security technologies and cloud security.

Required skills

SIEM, HIDS/NIDS, PKI, user‑behavior analytics, SSO, IAM, PAM.
Logging pipelines with Splunk, DataDog, ELK Stack, Snowflake.
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, CloudFormation.
Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP (GuardDuty, CloudTrail, SecurityMonkey, ScoutSuite).
EDR tools: CrowdStrike, GRR, OSQuery, Sysdig, Carbon Black, Endgame, Tanium.
Development workflow tools: Git, Jira, Confluence.
Scripting: Bash, Python.
