LOC QA Specialist – Chile

About the role

Haleon is seeking a LOC QA Specialist for its Chile operations. Reporting to the LOC QA Lead, you will ensure that the company’s quality management system meets all regulatory and internal requirements while supporting the launch and maintenance of pharmaceutical products in the Chilean market.

Key responsibilities

• Release imported products for the Chilean market.
• Coordinate laboratory analysis of medicinal products.
• Manage quality complaints, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and deviations.
• Conduct root‑cause investigations (RCA) and oversee re‑packaging and product returns.
• Handle third‑party GxP service providers and execute recall simulations.
• Negotiate quality agreements between manufacturing sites.
• Perform quality compliance activities, including audits and documentation management.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs within pharma, food, health, or related industries.
• Knowledge of Chilean local regulations and GMP/GDP standards.
• Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency (B2/C1/C2).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Availability for a full‑time hybrid schedule (2 days onsite per week in Santiago).
