Logistics Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst at BairesDev, you will oversee hardware logistics across the organization, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness, and reliable service. You will work remotely, collaborating with internal teams and external supply‑chain partners to meet hardware needs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests through Jira.
• Update SAP for inventory management and track hardware assets.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory using SAP and Jira.
• Create retrieval requests and coordinate international shipments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background in managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
