Logistics Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst you will oversee the end‑to‑end hardware logistics process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and cost‑effectiveness. You will work remotely, collaborating with multiple departments to meet their hardware needs while leveraging data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests through Jira.
• Update SAP for inventory management.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory using SAP and Jira.
• Create retrieval requests for hardware assets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background in managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
