Long-Term Planner – Latin America

About the role

As a Long-Term Planner for the Latin America region, you will join Nordex’s Service Operations Team to ensure efficient allocation of resources and reliable long-term planning for wind-energy projects. Reporting to the Head of Service, you will balance demand and capacity, support budgeting processes and coordinate subcontractor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term capacity plans and budgets for service operations.
• Collect weekly demand forecasts and resource availability, identify bottlenecks or surpluses and adjust plans accordingly.
• Prepare subcontractor plans when internal resources are insufficient.
• Adjust service order and maintenance dates, block time for periodic inventory, and add material to maintenance plans.
• Use SAP and internal databases to process maintenance plans and update data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3-5 years of experience in planning, capacity or demand management, preferably in large-scale wind or renewable-energy environments.
• Strong communication, teamwork and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems).
