Manager – Refurbishment & Upgrade (Americas)

About the role

BROMMA is seeking a Manager Refurbishment & Upgrade for the Americas to lead refurbishment and upgrade projects across North and Latin America. You will support customers in maximising the performance and lifecycle of their crane spreader equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify refurbishment and upgrade opportunities together with Sales, Service and Parts teams.
• Manage RUP projects from quotation through to completion, ensuring quality, timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare pricing, quotations and commercial proposals aligned with business targets and gross margin goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse and Service to ensure seamless execution.
• Utilise SAP, Salesforce and project‑management tools to track orders, BOMs, costs and invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Technical and operational experience in technical support, engineering, manufacturing, logistics or other industrial environments.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong project and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication abilities.
