Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will champion the Kipling and Nord Anglia Education brands, driving awareness and reputation to attract prospective students and families. Working closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing and school teams, you will create and deliver engaging content and events that showcase the school’s unique identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with annual recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with Admissions managers to design a measurable, costed annual marketing plan.
• Monitor weekly data, adjust tactics, and report on performance metrics.
• Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and optimise lead‑generation activities.
• Produce engaging materials such as videos, brochures, flyers and merchandise.
• Plan and execute school events across the Family Experience Journey for parents and prospective families.
• Lead PR and communication efforts, build media relationships and handle media enquiries.
• Create and maintain an annual communication plan, newsletters and website strategy.
• Develop a strategic content calendar to support brand building across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong ability to analyse data and insights to drive recruitment performance.
• Experience managing budgets, ROI measurement and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Demonstrated skill in planning and delivering events and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
