Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Howard Financial Services LLC is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to shape the firm’s external and internal visual presence. This early‑ to mid‑career role blends graphic design, copywriting, and paid‑media support, offering exposure to a fast‑growing financial‑services startup.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing assets for LinkedIn, the website, blog posts, one‑pagers, decks, social graphics, and email templates.
• Maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across all external‑facing materials.
• Write and edit copy for blogs, social posts, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams on UI/UX decisions for internal tools and dashboards, establishing design standards for printed and digital collateral.
• Assist in building and executing paid‑advertising campaigns, primarily on Google Ads, and track performance to suggest creative or copy iterations.
• Support ad‑hoc marketing projects, stay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and relevant tools.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in a creative, graphic‑design, or marketing role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic‑design capabilities.
• Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced, resource‑lean environment and comfort wearing multiple hats.
• Excellent written communication skills and a strong eye for visual design, typography, and brand consistency.
• Self‑starter able to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Hands‑on experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns.
• Comfort using generative AI tools for content drafts, image generation, or workflow efficiency.
