Marketing Director – Crypto & Web3 Gaming

About the role

This senior, full‑remit marketing leadership role is based in Chile and sits at the intersection of crypto, Web3 culture, gaming and digital entertainment. You will define the marketing strategy, translate business priorities into clear plans and budgets, and drive measurable commercial outcomes. The position offers significant autonomy to experiment with emerging technologies, AI‑enabled workflows and new distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define overall brand and marketing strategy, aligning executive direction with market dynamics and audience behavior.
• Lead partnership, creator, influencer and community programs across platforms such as Discord and Telegram.
• Build an integrated acquisition and distribution engine covering owned media, affiliates, SEO, paid media and performance channels.
• Own marketing technology stack, attribution, analytics, automation and AI‑driven tools to improve ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor investment economics and report performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 6+ years of marketing experience with senior‑level leadership responsibility.
• Deep fluency in crypto and Web3 culture and understanding of crypto‑native audiences.
• Proven track record designing and executing growth‑focused acquisition, partnership and creator strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, attribution and performance measurement.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of experimentation.
