Marketing Manager (B2B Content)

About the role

Skylink is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead B2B content creation and distribution. You will work directly with the CEO and People Operations Manager to shape brand messaging and drive qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing distribution, building a media operation that puts Skylink in front of the right B2B buyers.
• Design, create and manage the lead‑generation funnel – from lead magnets and landing pages to email nurture sequences and qualified opportunities.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date sales collateral such as one‑pagers, capability decks and case studies.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, reporting on performance.
• Develop written, visual and short‑form video content that follows the brand playbook and AI‑enhanced workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on content or digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Self‑disciplined, optimistic and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong emotional intelligence, empathy and the ability to collaborate directly with senior executives.
• Scrappy problem‑solver who takes initiative and follows through on commitments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content creation tools such as CapCut, Descript, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing email marketing platforms and running LinkedIn/social media ad campaigns.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals for web and blog content.
• Advanced prompting skills for AI‑assisted content generation and editing.
• Ability to produce short‑form video and graphic assets that meet platform specifications.
