About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and content teams with day‑to‑day operational and creative tasks. The role is ideal for someone with a foundation in marketing, content creation, or social media who enjoys keeping projects moving efficiently. You will handle low‑leverage but essential tasks so senior team members can focus on strategy and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing and coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Manage project timelines, task tracking, and marketing workflows.
• Prepare assets, documents, and materials for campaign launches.
• Maintain organized marketing files, content libraries, and documentation.
• Publish content on social media and digital platforms, coordinating captions, thumbnails, and supporting assets.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Handle recurring operational and administrative marketing tasks, including meeting coordination and follow‑ups.
• Track deliverables, ensure deadlines are met, and assist with data entry and reporting.
• Support marketing, content, and leadership teams on special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
• Resourceful with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Available during North American business hours; candidates in Latin America are preferred.
