Media Buyer & Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Media Buyer & Creative Strategist to own and scale our paid social engine for a fast‑growing e‑commerce and custom merch brand. You will bridge performance data with creative production, driving growth across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid‑social strategy on Meta (primary), TikTok, and LinkedIn in partnership with the Senior Media Buyer.
• Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations, including budget pacing, bid management, and performance monitoring.
• Scale monthly ad spend from $70‑80K toward $200‑300K while maintaining strong KPIs (CPA, CPC, ROAS, CTR).
• Analyze campaign data daily and translate insights into actionable creative briefs for design and video teams.
• Source and coordinate UGC creators via platforms such as Social Cat to enrich the creative pipeline.
• Report performance and creative learnings to senior leadership, explaining the “why” behind results.
• Identify underperforming assets early, iterate quickly, and propose data‑driven creative angles.
• Stay up‑to‑date on platform changes, new ad formats, and audience‑optimization tactics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid‑social experience with a proven record of scaling budgets.
• Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and strong familiarity with TikTok and LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills; comfortable working with KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) for copywriting and daily collaboration with a US‑based team.
• Proactive, self‑directed work style and ability to work 9 AM‑5 PM Central Time.
