About the role

Metso, a global leader in minerals processing and sustainable technologies, is launching a recruitment drive to attract talented professionals for a variety of engineering and administrative positions supporting mining operations and plant maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in mining projects, including the maintenance of concentrator plants and comminution processes.
• Provide planning, control, and management support for operational activities.
• Deliver commercial, financial, HR, logistics, and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with foreign trade activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Travel to mining sites as needed to support on‑site operations.

Required profile

• Engineering degrees (Civil, Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial, Systems, or Commercial).
• Administrative backgrounds in Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Commercial Support, Sales, or Technical Support.
• Experience in mining projects or plant maintenance environments.
• Advanced English for managerial roles; intermediate English for engineering/technical specialists.
• Willingness to travel to mining operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP.
• Knowledge of S&OP processes.
• Familiarity with Backlog management tools.
