Offer & Contract Manager – Aerospace

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Chile is expanding its footprint in Latin America and seeks an Offer & Contract Manager to oversee contract execution and offer preparation for new helicopters and after‑sales services. The role combines commercial, technical and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, quality‑focused delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution of assigned contracts with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on‑time, on‑quality, and on‑cost delivery for new helicopters and MRO, training, and other after‑sales services.
• Coordinate tasks with the MRO centre and Airbus Training Academy, and follow up on complex contract reporting to senior management.
• Conduct contract reviews with customers, manage internal, external and trans‑national stakeholders, and prepare aircraft orders in line with sales contracts.
• Oversee final aircraft delivery, including certification and contractual documentation.
• Respect the end‑to‑end offer process, prepare commercial balances for after‑sale services, and support invoicing for finance.
• Capture lessons learned from contracts in execution and contribute to customer satisfaction action plans.
• Promote continuous improvement across commercial and transversal processes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in the aeronautical industry and project management.
• Degree in Industrial, Aeronautical or Commercial Engineering.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (tested during interview).
• Proactive communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.
