Operations & Maintenance Technician

About the role

ENERCON is seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to join its wind turbine service teams. You will work on‑site at wind farms, performing electrical maintenance and commissioning tasks while traveling to turbine locations in a company vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist or lead the execution of operations and maintenance activities on wind turbines, depending on the assigned level (E1‑E3).
• Perform corrective and preventive electrical maintenance routines on turbines.
• Commission wind turbines and carry out medium‑voltage electrical installations under supervision.
• Drive the company car to reach turbine sites safely.
• Guide and supervise junior team members and report field activities to supervisors.

Required profile

• Technician or professional qualification in renewable energy, electricity, or a related field.
• Electrical‑intervention certification.
• Class B driver’s licence (mandatory).
• English proficiency is desirable.
• Availability to work on‑site.
