Operations & Maintenance Technician – Wind Energy

About the role

ENERCON is seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to join its wind turbine service team. The role involves travelling to wind farms, performing electrical maintenance, commissioning turbines and supporting the team on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of O&M activities on wind turbines as part of a three‑person team.
• Perform corrective and preventive electrical maintenance on turbine systems.
• Commission wind turbines and medium‑voltage electrical installations under supervision.
• Drive the company vehicle to reach turbine sites.
• For senior technicians, guide and supervise junior team members and report field routines to supervisors.

Required profile

• Technician or professional qualification in renewable energy, electricity or a related field.
• Valid Electrical‑intervention certification.
• Class B driver’s licence (mandatory).
• Desirable proficiency in English.
• Availability to work on‑site.
