Operations & Maintenance Technician – Wind Turbines

About the role

ENERCON is seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support the upkeep and commissioning of its gearbox‑less wind turbines. The role involves traveling to turbine sites, performing electrical maintenance, and ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany and support O&M activities as part of a team, driving the company vehicle to turbine locations.
• Execute corrective and preventive electrical maintenance routines on wind turbines.
• Commission wind turbines and medium‑voltage electrical installations under supervision.
• Guide and supervise junior team members, reporting field routines to supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with ENERCON’s safety and technical procedures.

Required profile

• Technician or professional qualification in renewable energy, electricity, or a related field.
• Electrical‑intervention certification.
• Class B driver’s licence (mandatory).
• English proficiency is desirable.
• Availability to work on‑site at turbine locations.
