Order Management & CRM Specialist

About the role

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management & CRM Specialist with extensive experience in CRM systems, order management and advanced Excel functions. During the first 3-6 months the main focus is on order management and operational tasks; once the processes are mastered and performance is consistent, the role expands to include customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process orders accurately, keeping all information complete and up to date
• Maintain and update customer, order and operational records in CRM systems
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables to analyse, cross-reference and validate data
• Monitor order status, spot discrepancies and resolve order issues
• Keep data accurate and consistent across CRM, order platforms and spreadsheets
• Follow procedures while looking for ways to improve efficiency
• Work with internal teams to keep order processing and workflows smooth
• Move into customer communication after the first 3-6 months, depending on training and performance

Required profile

• Extensive experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive
• Extensive experience in order management, preferably with Sellercloud
• Stable, long-term employment history and a strong interest in long-term employment
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• C1 English level

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
• CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
• Order management tools (Sellercloud preferred)
