Paid Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Scale paid marketing campaigns while keeping CAC and ACV in check. Own one of the biggest budgets at Darwin AI and drive high‑quality leads across LinkedIn, Google, Meta and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and automate B2B paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Build smart bidding, targeting and reporting systems to improve scalability.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, landing pages and ad formats.
• Implement tracking and attribution using Google Analytics, CRM tools, UTMs and dashboards.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and engineering teams and manage freelancers.

Required profile

• 3+ years in performance marketing, digital analytics or marketing automation, preferably B2B/SaaS.
• Background in Industrial Engineering or a quantitative/technical field.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics such as CAC, ACV, MRPA, churn and cohort analysis.
• Willingness to travel between São Paulo and Buenos Aires up to two weeks per month.
