Partnership Executive (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Partnership Executive to build and nurture strategic relationships with referral partners. You will drive high‑quality lead generation and support business growth by managing a diverse partner portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with referral partners.
• Onboard, train, and enable partners with tools, incentives, and ongoing support.
• Track, analyze, and report partnership performance metrics to optimize lead conversion.
• Organize partner meetings, prepare regular reports, and resolve partner inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, account management, or related fields.
• Proven client‑facing experience with a track record of managing strategic relationships.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
