Patient Supporter – Recruitment & Engagement

About the role

The Patient Supporter joins IQVIA's Global Perspectives team to drive patient recruitment and engagement for non‑interventional clinical studies. You will work closely with patients, project managers and patient organisations to ensure successful enrolment and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver patient recruitment and engagement strategies for qualitative interviews, online surveys, advisory boards and longitudinal studies.
• Collaborate with patients, the Project Management team and external patient organisations to identify and enrol suitable participants.
• Meet recruitment performance metrics, adhere to timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilise internal patient networks, social media channels and patient associations to locate potential participants.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical standards and study protocols.
• Participate in problem‑solving, process‑review and innovation implementation activities.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Effective time‑management and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in pharmaceuticals, healthcare and patient research.
